There are actually 3 Secrets, Cap Cana, Royal Beach and Tides. All 3 are in very different areas also. Royal Beach is on Bavaro Beach, Secrets Tides is brand new and in Uvero Alto and Cap Cana is on Juanillo Beach. Cap Cana is a more traditional resort where as Royal Beach and Tides have a similar modern style and layout.
